Welcome Back RES Tigers !

I am so excited to get this new year off to a great start and am thrilled to be your School Nurse at RES ! I look forward to taking care of our Tigers health needs and getting to know all of our students and families. A healthy student is a healthy learner and I am here to help our school in this adventure !

A few ways to get your child off to a great start for the school year are:

Follow a ROUTINE at home every night and morning !

Get plenty of rest, if your child needs a good 8 hours of sleep at night put them in bed 30 minutes earlier. Usually it takes children 30 minutes or so to settle down and fall asleep. Eat breakfast every morning. A healthy breakfast helps to jumpstart our brains and give students the healthy start they need to perform and succeed in class.


Remember they are only little for a little while, LOVE and ENJOY them

just as I will being their school nurse
